I founded my hello designs in 2009 after many years of contemplating starting my own business. I had many ideas over the years and then finally, with the help of my husband (he created the website!), I started My Hello Designs.
I have a degree in Small Business Management and Marketing and for the past 10+ years have been working in the corporate world as a conference planner and association manager. I earned my CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) in 2004 and over the years have moved my focus from conference planning to association management and now serve as an Association Director in Atlanta.
For years, my creative outlet was my scrapbooking; however, with the birth of my first son (Ryan) and then my second son (Owen), I realized that I had less and less time to scrapbook for fun. And since I had heard throughout my many years of scrapbooking that I should do this professionally and that it would be a solution for those without the creativity and love of scrapbooking to be able to have the finished product they so desired! Well, now I am doing just that.
My Hello Designs is not just professional scrapbooking! After having my two boys, my desire to design baby announcement, invitations and holiday cards started. I myself struggled to find birth announcements, baptism invitations, birthday party invitations and holiday cards that fit my needs and allowed me the flexibility to change the design template in order to fit my creative vision. And since I am yet to find a company that provides that flexibility I decided to start a business and offer that product/service to you!
